Cancellation Policy & Charges

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the travel date will incur cancellation charges, which can range from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
2. Bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in the case of a no-show will result in a 100% retention charge, meaning no refund will be provided.
3. No refunds will be given for missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by Smileytrips.com.
4. Smileytrips.com reserves the right to cancel your invoice if the advance amount of 50% of the total tour package cost is not provided.
5. In the event of clients being suspected of engaging in illegal activity or violent behavior, Smileytrips.com has the right to immediately stop services while holding all refunds.

If You Cancel Your Holiday:
1. Cancellation charges are based on the number of days before departure:

4. Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of the total cost

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday:
1. Smileytrips.com will notify you of any changes as early as possible.
2. In unforeseen circumstances, alternatives will be offered, and refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis if the tour has already commenced and is disrupted.

If You Want to Change Your Holiday Plan:
1. Any change requests must be made in writing.
2. Additional costs incurred due to amendments are the traveler's responsibility.

1. Hotel Check-In and Check-Out

1.1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel's discretion.

2. Occupancy and Extra Bed

2.1. Maximum of three adults per room. A mattress or rollaway bed may be provided for the third occupant.

3. Itinerary and Transportation

3.1. Itinerary is fixed and cannot be changed. Transportation follows the itinerary and is not for personal use.

3.2. Refunds for cancelled paid activities will be processed within 30 days. No refunds for complimentary activities.

4. Air Conditioning

4.1. Air conditioning may not be available in cool or hilly areas.
